11 June 2008: DBA Lehane short story featured in You're Not
The Only One charity book

I am delighted to say that a short story by me has been chosen for inclusion in the Warchild charity book
"You're Not The Only One" which has been compiled and edited by Sarah J Peach.
The book is a collection of previously unpublished intimate and personal stories from bloggers
all over the world, reflecting the camaraderie of blogging and promoting great writing.
It costs £12.50: £5.00 goes to production costs (that Lulu take and pass on) ,Lulu.com takes £1.50
for themselves in fees (but I THINK they’re going to waive that), and the rest, £6 goes to Warchild. If you buy it as
a download, £10 of the £12.50 goes to Warchild.
It's a wonderful idea and a great cause so please, please, please do go and order a copy now!
8 June 2008: DBA Lehane launches new blog resource for
fiction writers
My newly launced Fiction Writers' News & Markets blog is a continually updated one stop resouce for fiction writers seeking markets, competitions, anthologies, resources
and news. Whilst a new blog I hope it will quickly become an invaluable and comprehensive resource for all writers.
As a result of the launch of this blog, the Calls for Submissions, Markets and Resources pages here on dbalehane.com will no longer be updated.
